This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.
• Promoting, selling, and providing training on the CLS Industrial portfolio.
• Conducting training sessions for internal teams, agents, channel partners, specifiers, and contractors.
• Responsible for forecasting and providing assistance in program and project management support.
• Generate industrial sales through key relationships within designated regions or specified accounts.
• Engage with key specifiers, customers, and influencers to gather Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and future Market Growth Potential (MGP) inputs.
• Develop and analyze new segments and channels, such as industrial gear distribution.
• Implement the commercial strategy and marketing programs in partnership with product management.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Over 5 years of commercial sales experience across a multi-state territory, ideally in the industrial lighting, controls, or related fields.
• Background as a lighting sales agent, regional lighting sales manager, or design professional.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50%-60% of the time.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
