Regional Manager, Hematology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create and implement effective regional strategies with cross-functional collaboration.

• Foster and nurture trusted relationships both internally and externally.

• Work alongside health system partners and healthcare professionals.

• Build strong working relationships with key opinion leaders.

• Provide training and education to healthcare professionals on the correct usage and handling of products.

• Accountable for meeting regional business and sales objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS Degree with over 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.

• Required experience in hematology or oncology.

• Strong scientific knowledge by staying current with advancements in hematology.

• Proficient in data analysis and clear communication of findings.

• Highly effective at working with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with product launches.

• Knowledge of CRM software.
