This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing Area Managers.
• Responsible for overseeing personnel in outside sales within the designated region.
• Additionally, will support the recruitment and training of new area managers.
• Present and promote the company’s products and services to both existing and prospective clients.
• Create action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and estimate the number of contacts to be made.
• Identify sales opportunities and reach out to these and other assigned accounts.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and stay updated on current product knowledge.
• Build and sustain relationships with current and potential clients.
• Manage Area Managers through quality assessments and additional follow-ups.
• Identify and address client concerns.
• Prepare various status reports, including activity, closures, follow-ups, and goal adherence.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, and feedback from field activities to relevant company staff.
• Develop and execute special sales initiatives to minimize dealer attrition.
• Participate in marketing activities such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
• Travel is required throughout the assigned territory.
• Must be comfortable traveling up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management.
• High energy level with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, as well as various sales software applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a closely related field.
• Qualified candidates should reside in the region.
• Strong computer skills are essential, particularly in MS Office (Excel and Word).
