This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing Area Managers.
• Responsible for overseeing individuals in outside sales within the designated region.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new area managers.
• Present and promote company products and services to existing and prospective clients.
• Create action plans and schedules to define specific targets and estimate the number of contacts to be made.
• Identify sales prospects and engage with these and other assigned accounts.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and keep up-to-date with product knowledge.
• Build and sustain relationships with current and potential clients.
• Manage Area Managers through quality checks and follow-up activities.
• Identify and address client concerns effectively.
• Compile a variety of status reports, including activities, closures, follow-up, and goal adherence.
• Relay new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or insights collected through field activities to the relevant company personnel.
• Design and execute special sales initiatives to minimize dealer attrition.
• Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing activities.
• Travel is required throughout the assigned territory.
• Must be comfortable traveling up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 5 years in sales management.
• High energy with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and various sales software applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a closely related field.
• Qualified candidates should reside in the region.
• Strong computer skills are essential, particularly in MS Office (Excel and Word).
