Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Formulate action plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.

• Analyze Profit and Loss Reports and modify regional and profit center strategies accordingly.

• Create a regional organizational framework to address customer requirements and growth targets.

• Guide Store Managers in optimizing fleet mix, pricing, maintenance, utilization, delivery, and fleet sharing.

• Implement operational and sales-driven initiatives to enhance sales and profit potential.

• Develop and execute strategic plans that align with long-term goals.

• Recognize and leverage industry and market trends.

• Oversee forecasting, sales management, and the development of the sales team.

• Guarantee outstanding customer service by addressing issues and identifying opportunities.

• Mentor direct reports and cultivate the leadership pipeline within the region.

• Provide direction to management, sales, and staff while promoting a culture of growth.

• Ensure coordinated leadership and uniformity across regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 3–5 years of experience in district-level management, along with 2 years of sales experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% as required.

• Proficiency across all product lines, including product specifications and technical design for projects and applications.

• Exceptional leadership, motivational, organizational, and communication skills.

• Capability to coach, mentor, and develop subordinates.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in line with Sunbelt's values and objectives.

• Proven track record of Profit and Loss accountability.

• Ability to bend, squat, crouch, and/or reach, and lift 25 pounds or more as necessary.

• Ability to perform responsibilities in accordance with Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines.
