Regional Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and meet regional revenue objectives, including: New sales, renewals, repeat business, and expansion within existing accounts.

• Create and implement a territory strategy aimed at fostering long-term growth and customer retention.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with district and school leaders through both onsite and virtual engagements.

• Deliver compelling and clear presentations to educators and administrators.

• Provide precise monthly sales forecasts and ensure transparency in pipeline visibility.

• Utilize CRM systems consistently and accurately.

• Oversee the regional budget and effectively allocate resources.

• Stay informed about customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, providing timely internal feedback.

• Manage key customer relationships and engage in closing strategic opportunities.

• Work closely with Account Managers and Customer Outreach teams to ensure effective customer support and implementation.

• Participate in conferences and events to create new opportunities within the region.

• Exhibit strong follow-through, responsiveness, and professionalism in all interactions with customers.

• Assist in cross-territory collaboration as required.

• Travel approximately two weeks each month within the assigned region.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by sales leadership.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in education sales.

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities, both verbal and written.

• High levels of integrity, honesty, and accountability.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Proven problem-solving attitude and ability to perform under pressure.

• Ability to quickly acquire in-depth knowledge of Studies Weekly products and solutions.

• A bachelor's degree is required.
