This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive maintenance excellence across various locations.
• Ensure assets operate at optimal performance levels.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage documentation for support and incident resolution.
• Oversee the training and career development of technicians.
• Promote training initiatives that enhance safety and operational excellence.
• Serve as a reliable partner to clients.
• Adhere to safety protocols and compliance standards.
• Manage contractual budgets and implement cost-saving measures.
• Advocate for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• **Education**
• - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration with experience in automation management (or equivalent experience).
• **Experience**
• - Over 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance management or related fields, with expertise in preventive maintenance systems, automation technologies (AMR, AGV), and facilities management.
• - Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-site operations and lead high-performing teams.
• **Skills**
• - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to foster creativity in developing solutions.
• - Proficiency in CMMS platforms, Microsoft Office tools, and technical skills in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and encourage teamwork.
• - Knowledge and experience in administering a Preventive Maintenance Program.
• - Familiarity with MS Office tools and applications (SharePoint, Teams, Office, etc.).
• **Supervisory Responsibilities**
• - Supervisory duties may vary by region and customer base, but ideally, there would be fewer than 8 direct reports. Responsible for overseeing Facility Maintenance Technicians and sites, promoting accountability and empathy.
• - Manage team schedules, performance evaluations, and career advancement while advocating for safety and operational excellence.
• **Other Requirements/Comments**
• - Must reside in the region and be available for on-call hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• - Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and perform other physical tasks as required.
• - Position requires the ability to identify and distinguish colors, depth perception, eye-hand coordination, and manual dexterity.
• - Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.
