• Implement the Legal Operations roadmap throughout North America, ensuring global priorities are aligned with regional requirements.

• Serve as a subject-matter expert in legal operations processes, service delivery models, and legal technology.

• Develop and execute systems, processes, and workflows, including intake, triage, and matter management.

• Lead the implementation and adoption of legal technology tools such as CLM, e-billing, workflow, and reporting solutions.

• Monitor performance metrics and convert insights into actionable enhancements.

• Foster continuous improvement of service delivery models and operational frameworks.

• Collaborate within a matrixed environment to influence stakeholders and facilitate execution.

• Connect global Legal Operations strategy with regional delivery and feedback.

• Proven experience in Legal Operations, business operations, consulting, or a related field with an emphasis on implementation and delivery.

• Strong capabilities in program execution and project management.

• Ability to work across functions and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to translate insights into actionable outcomes.

• Experience in driving adoption, change, and operational enhancement through collaboration and expertise.

• Background in a technology, information services, software, data, analytics, AI, or SaaS environment.

• Knowledge of commercial legal workflows and associated operational areas, including privacy, compliance, or risk management.

• Practical experience with legal operations platforms, including CLM, e-billing, matter management, workflow automation, reporting, and AI tools.
