This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.
• Offer technical, clinical, educational, and sales assistance to promote the adoption and growth of Abbott's leadless technology.
• Train physicians, nurses, educators, and other healthcare professionals on indications and patient selection pertaining to leadless pacing.
• Provide procedural support in line with instructions for use, trial protocols, and industry best practices.
• Aid in educational and training initiatives for Abbott staff.
• Remain informed about and disseminate clinical data related to leadless CRM products.
• Coordinate, deliver, and implement programs and resources that facilitate market expansion and therapy accessibility.
• Supply market intelligence to support therapy training and expansion strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing on technology enhancements and feedback for next-generation products.
• Complete assigned administrative reporting tasks.
• Organize and plan work, track performance, and provide status updates.
• Employ best business practices to ensure effectiveness and cost efficiency.
• Guarantee compliance with Abbott policies and practices among employees.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, engineering, or equivalent/related experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in clinical medical devices, preferably with CRM products.
• Capability to analyze and assess technologically complex devices.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with others.
• Comfort in navigating medical environments, including laboratories and hospital settings.
• Proven track record of leading and influencing customers while providing guidance for necessary adjustments.
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering effective written and verbal communications.
• Strong familiarity with medical device industry policies, operations, and procedures.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and commonly used personal computer programs and applications.
• Significant business travel required.
• Previous certification or designation in cardiac leadless device training/education is preferred.
• Prior sales experience and/or demonstrated business acumen are preferred.
