This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of potential agents via targeted outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead initiatives for recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and digital marketing efforts aimed at attracting exceptional talent.
• Manage the complete recruitment process, which encompasses sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
• Support prospective producing agents and field sales managers in recognizing the growth and success opportunities available to them.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance marketing, sales, and/or training.
• Proven experience in recruiting agents, brokers, or sales professionals, preferably in the insurance or financial services sectors.
• Proficiency in standard computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, internet, Adobe).
• A professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality.
