This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Execute strategic, proactive sales initiatives for a portfolio consisting of 6 multi-branded hotels.
• Responsible for enhancing ROI for hotel partners while reaching revenue targets within a condensed sales cycle of 6 months.
• Generate new accounts in the local market and expand market share from current accounts.
• Present bi-weekly sales strategies via MS Teams.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM for effective account management.
• Craft exceptional client experiences and uphold a high standard of client satisfaction.
• Hotel Industry Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 consecutive years in hotel guestroom sales, specifically in business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel systems, RFP processes, and brand tools.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Capability to build and sustain relationships with hotel clients and team members.
• Familiarity with general hotel operations.
• Technical Proficiency: Proven ability to utilize a CRM system for managing your sales pipeline.
• Strong skills in all Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
