This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Execute strategic, outbound, and proactive sales initiatives for a portfolio comprising 6 multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-centric culture with General Managers and Front Desk personnel by sharing best practices and engaging in peer coaching.
• Responsible for driving return on investment for hotel partners while achieving revenue targets within a 6-month sales cycle.
• Activate new accounts within the local market and enhance market share from current accounts through targeted and strategic prospecting.
• Present bi-weekly sales strategies via MS Teams.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Support the Dynamic Sales Solution model by collaborating closely with your assigned POD (team).
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and uphold a high level of client satisfaction.
• A minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales position.
• Strong comprehension of hotel systems, RFP processes, and brand tools.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with hotel clients and team members.
• General knowledge of hotel operations.
• Proven experience utilizing a CRM system to manage your sales pipeline effectively.
• Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
