This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.
• Develop and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team.
• Recruit and onboard Account Executives in your designated region.
• Foster pipeline generation and secure new client acquisitions.
• Engage in critical deals and assist in closing them.
• Define operational strategies for success within the region.
• Collaborate across departments to promote growth.
• Proven history of closing substantial, complex enterprise deals (recent experience necessary).
• Required experience in cybersecurity; a background in identity security is highly beneficial.
• Experience engaging with enterprise security buyers (CISO-level).
• Over 5 years of experience in sales management.
• Background in managing and nurturing Account Executives within enterprise settings.
• Strong, hands-on leadership approach, adept at coaching deals and driving team execution.
