Regional Director – Franchise Operations

• Provide strategic and operational direction for various company-owned locations.

• Ensure operational excellence, financial success, regulatory adherence, and exceptional client service.

• Lead and mentor local management teams to achieve high performance and service excellence.

• Perform regular SWOT analyses to foresee business challenges and implement solutions.

• Drive revenue growth and enhance profitability across all designated locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of leadership experience in multi-site or regional management, ideally within healthcare, homecare, or a similar service industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Demonstrated history of achieving business growth and operational excellence.

• Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or risk management is preferred.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.

• Proven capacity to motivate, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
