This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Attract, recruit, develop, and empower a team of Enterprise Account Executives to consistently and predictably exceed Fivetran’s expanding Enterprise revenue goals.
• Foster a culture of high accountability through exceptional coaching, setting clear achievement expectations, and promoting a disciplined process for the team.
• Advocate for exceptional sales discipline using value-based Command of the Message and MEDDPICC methodologies.
• Collaborate across functions with leaders in Marketing, Customer Success, Alliances, Product, and Revenue Operations to establish an effective Enterprise GTM strategy.
• Engage with our outstanding ecosystem of partners, including SI’s, GSI’s, and technology partners.
• Ensure excellence in sales execution for complex, multi-stakeholder deals while laying the groundwork for growth in enterprise accounts.
• Promote AE ownership of Enterprise pipeline generation and foster effective collaboration between AEs and BDRs to efficiently prospect, identify, qualify, and build a sustainable pipeline.
• Provide accurate forecasts to the executive leadership team, demonstrating consistent accuracy and a thorough understanding of the Enterprise business.
• Collaborate closely with our technology and SI partners to ensure a successful co-selling approach.
• 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience with a proven track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing senior AEs who sell technical solutions to large, complex enterprises.
• Demonstrated and repeatable history of exceeding targets as both an enterprise seller and a leader whose teams consistently surpass revenue goals and experience career growth under your guidance.
• Innate ability to lead and motivate AEs through ongoing growth and change; adept at earning the trust and respect of the team with a One Team One Dream mentality.
• A passion for field sales — a leader eager to engage in deals, connect directly with Economic Buyers, and provide the necessary support and executive bridging to secure new and expansion opportunities with Enterprise clients. This includes face-to-face interactions with representatives, prospects, customers, and partners whenever possible.
• Experience in cross-functional partnerships and co-selling with external partners to develop an Enterprise business from scratch.
• Proficiency in both land and expand sales strategies, a relentless curiosity about our customers, and a data-driven vision for how Fivetran can generate positive business results in the Enterprise sector.
• Proven experience in establishing and advocating for an outbound selling culture while driving accountability for qualified pipeline generation.
