Regional Director – Bar Review

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Develops a territory-specific business strategy aimed at enhancing engagement (sales) and achieving established objectives for the Company’s brand and products.

• Assists with designated field-related initiatives focused on bar review engagement, including participation in focus groups and collecting feedback from students and educational institutions, Company events, school visits, industry conferences, and other external opportunities.

• Produces designated content to support academic and bar success.

• Establishes and sustains direct communication with member schools (especially influencers and faculty/administrators involved with bar review and academic success), students, student groups, and other related organizations within the assigned region, which includes regular in-person visits, phone conversations, workshops, webinars, emails, and other written correspondence.

• Acts as the Company ambassador at industry conferences, tradeshows, and other designated events.

• Recruits, trains, and assists student ambassadors.

• Provides direct support and mentorship to student users of the bar review program.

• Maintains records in the contact management system (CMS) including updated contact information, event tracking, and campaign participation.

• Keeps informed about Company products and services and their applications for various purposes and audiences.

• Offers insights and recommendations for new services and products that could benefit member schools, their students, and recent alumni.

• Contributes to the creation and quality assurance of new products, services, and communications for member schools as well as their students and recent alumni.

• Manages social media presence to promote the Company, for lead development and nurturing, and other collaborative opportunities with marketing.

• Keeps the National Director informed of any critical issues.

• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• Strong knowledge of sales and relationship development.

• Strong insight into product development and delivery.

• Strong comprehension of brand building principles.

• Strong understanding of the bar exam process, including essential elements and strategies for success.

• Ability to initiate, advocate for, and effectively implement new products.

• Ability to stay informed and understand higher education policies and issues, particularly in law school and professional school contexts.

• Ability to excel in an environment that anticipates changes and promotes and leverages innovation.

• Exceptional attention to detail along with superior organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent writing, verbal communication, presentation, and critical thinking abilities.

• Collaborative attitude; capacity to provide and receive feedback to enhance products and services.

• Proficiency in computer use, including familiarity with web-based applications, CRM (especially Salesforce), and online collaboration tools.

• Experience in conducting in-person, phone, and online client meetings and presentations.

• Passion and enthusiasm for legal education and student success.

• Proven excellent interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Ability to work efficiently from a home office, on campus, or while traveling.
