This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead and implement FS-ISAC’s multi-year strategic initiatives for Canada in accordance with the overarching global business goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance market presence, improve member engagement, and strengthen strategic partnerships across the region.
• Act as the senior regional representative for FS-ISAC in Canada, engaging with members, partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence and regional insights to inform organizational planning and decision-making processes.
• Represent FS-ISAC at industry conferences, member gatherings, executive forums, and sector-specific events.
• Ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence throughout Canada.
• Drive the acquisition, retention, and engagement of membership among Canadian financial institutions and associated sectors.
• Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with member organizations, potential members, and other significant stakeholders.
• Build trustworthy relationships with regulators, government entities, law enforcement, and industry associations within Canada.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and execution of organizational initiatives.
• Over 10 years of experience in financial services, cybersecurity, membership organizations, associations, or related sectors.
• Strategic and operational leadership experience with more than 5 years of experience in building, leading, and managing teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Canadian financial services sector and the cybersecurity landscape.
• Proven success in relationship management, business development, membership expansion, or strategic partnerships.
• Prior experience engaging with senior executives, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive engagement abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
• Fostering collaboration across FS-ISAC, its members, and strategic partners.
• Emphasis on teamwork and collective success.
