• Act as the primary contact within the Region for onboarding and activating clients;
• Ensure timely and budget-conscious execution of client activations, maintaining client satisfaction by implementing top-tier delivery practices across the LATAM portfolio;
• Oversee a team of Project Managers in the region, ensuring that Customer Success collaborators involved in activations are performing effectively;
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate proposal estimations and costings, remaining engaged throughout the sales cycle;
• Work closely with various internal teams, including Product Management, Product Engineering, Account Management, Finance, Customer Support, Pre-Sales, and Sales;
• Identify and manage risks and issues across the region, focusing on strategies that address root causes rather than symptoms;
• Ensure optimal operational practices through proactive capacity planning and achieving billability/utilization targets for the team;
• Implement strategic enhancements to minimize onboarding efforts and speed up the time to value;
• Serve as the main point of contact for all client escalations within the region;
• Lead recruitment and proactive personnel management strategies to promote retention and growth of key team members in the Region;
• Advocate for the team's interests, acknowledging that a motivated team delivers the best results;
• Collect, compile, prepare, and present metrics and program updates to senior leadership;
• Establish and nurture relationships with delivery partners;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related technical field;
• Over 10 years of experience in consulting or professional services management within the software development sector;
• Proven success in delivering projects in the LATAM region, including oversight of large-scale, high-impact client initiatives;
• In-depth knowledge of project scoping, risk management, and operational excellence in client delivery;
• Experience in growing and managing professional services teams within complex enterprise software implementations;
• A solid track record of managing and cultivating relationships with large enterprise clients;
• Demonstrated expertise in managing partner relationships and ensuring successful delivery through third-party organizations;
• Outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written—as well as presentation skills tailored to executive stakeholders;
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, etc.) to drive client success;
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on recruiting, managing, and retaining top technical talent;
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese (required), with Spanish fluency being a strong advantage;
• Willingness to travel within the LATAM region and occasionally internationally (up to 25%).
