This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more states.

• Take charge of the complete delivery process for data center projects throughout the EMEA region, from design to commissioning.

• Lead and nurture regional teams involved in site delivery, design, and operational functions.

• Foster relationships with contractors, consultants, and local authorities across the region.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks within the regional portfolio, reporting to global Delivery leadership.

• Collaborate with Land Acquisition and Power & Energy teams to synchronize regional delivery strategies with the site pipeline.

• Ensure that regional projects adhere to Volta's global standards for quality, safety, and design.

• Represent Volta in critical regional stakeholder engagements, including local government and community interactions.

• Promote ongoing enhancements in regional delivery processes and operational playbooks.

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in data center, construction, or large-scale infrastructure project delivery.

• Proven success in managing complex, multi-site construction projects across the EMEA region.

• Experience in building and leading regional delivery teams.

• In-depth knowledge of the EMEA construction, regulatory, and permitting landscapes.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.

• Strong financial proficiency, including ownership of budgets and schedules across a project portfolio.

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.

• Openness to extensive travel throughout the EMEA region.
