This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Develop and implement the marketing and communications strategy for Generation in Colombia and other regions.
• Tailor global branding and marketing frameworks to fit local contexts while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive strategy for learner recruitment and mobilization across various markets.
• Create and implement multi-channel acquisition strategies, which include digital marketing, partnerships, referrals, and community outreach.
• Supervise the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing learner recruitment and program visibility.
• Enhance Generation’s brand presence and reputation throughout Latin America.
• Direct marketing and communications initiatives to facilitate new country launches.
• Work closely with country teams and Global Marketing to ensure alignment of goals and execution.
• Manage and mentor direct report(s).
• 6–10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or growth-oriented roles.
• Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns from start to finish, including sourcing and managing agencies.
• Preferred experience working across various markets in Latin America.
• Background in education, social impact, or high-growth environments is an advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking coupled with practical execution skills.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, and content strategy.
• Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Capability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (required).
