Regional Clinical Compliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Accountable for ensuring thorough oversight of clinical trial compliance at both the country and site levels.

• Evaluate and verify initial risks specific to the country and site.

• Act as the main point of contact for country teams concerning GCP requirements.

• Convey identified trends and lessons learned at the country and site levels to facilitate continuous improvement in study conduct compliance.

• Perform Site Compliance Visits at designated high-risk sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA or equivalent) in a scientific, medical, or healthcare-related field.

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in clinical operations roles.

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a GCP compliance or similar role (e.g., quality) is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Polish.

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
