Regional Clinical Compliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• The Regional Clinical Compliance Country Manager is tasked with ensuring comprehensive oversight of clinical trial adherence at both the country and site levels.

• Provide specialized guidance and interpretation of regulations along with internal standards.

• Evaluate and verify initial risks that are specific to the country and site.

• Communicate recognized trends at the country and site levels for ongoing enhancement.

• Identify high-risk sites utilizing a structured, risk-based methodology.

• Perform Site Compliance Visits for designated high-risk locations.

• Assist country teams in pinpointing, managing, and resolving compliance challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA or equivalent) or higher in a scientific, medical, or healthcare discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in clinical operations roles.

• At least 4 years of experience in a GCP compliance or equivalent position.

• Experience with global oncology trials is preferred.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Possess analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Computer literacy is essential; proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
