Regional Clinic Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist a team of Clinic Customer Representatives (CCRs) across various clinic locations, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and daily management.

• Ensure efficient clinic operations, which include scheduling appointments, managing calendars, maintaining inventory, and following Standard Operating Procedures.

• Address escalated customer issues, guaranteeing a high standard of service and prompt resolution.

• Work together with Sales, Audiology, and Marketing teams to align on clinic objectives and implement local marketing strategies.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local physicians and referral sources to aid business development and enhance community involvement.

• Track clinic performance metrics and assist in capacity planning, staffing, and scheduling decisions to achieve regional goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

• A customer-centric approach combined with strong business insight.

• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

• Willingness to travel and work weekends as necessary.

• Capability to work collaboratively with leaders and project teams throughout the organization.

• Experience in the hearing care sector is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
