Regional Clinic Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Convert enterprise strategy into well-defined regional priorities and action plans, ensuring cohesive alignment across all clinic locations in BC.

• Drive and enhance financial and operational performance throughout the region, holding accountability for EBITDA, KPIs, and sustainable growth.

• Deliver robust financial management by supervising supply and equipment budgets, enforcing controls, and ensuring disciplined resource allocation.

• Collaborate with commercial teams to pinpoint and promote business development opportunities, regional partnerships, and initiatives for service expansion.

• Utilize a comprehensive understanding of the BC healthcare and operational landscape to facilitate the operational readiness for new technologies, therapies, and services with minimal disruption.

• Guarantee a consistently outstanding patient experience and uphold high clinical service standards across all clinics.

• Lead incident reviews, audits, and structured quality improvement initiatives, transforming findings into actionable clinical and operational enhancements.

• Cultivate a culture of compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement, based on evidence, standards, and best practices.

• Utilize patient feedback, insights, and data to inform service evolution and quality priorities.

• Build and nurture strong clinic leaders by establishing and assessing SMART goals that clearly connect individual and team performance to the regional strategy.

• Coach, mentor, and empower leaders and teams—fostering high performance while addressing challenges with clarity, empathy, and accountability.

• Advocate for ongoing training, professional development, and leadership capabilities to support current performance and future growth.

• Oversee regional recruitment efforts and develop a uniform, high-quality onboarding experience across clinics.

• Serve as a key regional voice in strategic initiatives, providing clinic-level insights and operational perspectives to enterprise decision-making.

• Work collaboratively with internal partners to align clinic operations, financial performance, and growth initiatives.

• Ensure that safety events and quality concerns are managed with rigor, transparency, and follow-through, reinforcing trust and accountability.


⛳️ Requirements

• Registered Nurse in good standing with the provincial regulatory body.

• 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably across multiple sites or clinic environments.

• Experience in infusion clinic operations or Patient Support Programs is advantageous.

• Certifications or experience in oncology, neurology, or rare disease care are significant assets.

• Previous experience in leading regional operations in specialty or complex clinic settings is considered a strong asset.

• This position necessitates regular travel throughout the province of British Columbia, including visits to all regional clinics, to support operations, teams, and strategic initiatives (approximately 8 locations).

• Bilingualism (English/French) is mandatory.
