πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the main field liaison for channel sales teams within your designated region.

β€’ Collaborate with representatives on deals β€” from developing pipeline strategies to participating in customer meetings and providing closing support.

β€’ Assist in identifying, monitoring, and expediting significant opportunities within the channel's pipeline.

β€’ Facilitate the onboarding of new sales representatives for our partners, working alongside their internal training teams to ensure rapid ramp-up.

β€’ Conduct engaging training sessions and product demonstrations that equip our partners' sales teams with the confidence and resources needed to succeed.

β€’ Establish and nurture robust relationships at the regional level across your territory β€” familiarize yourself with the teams, customers, and local dynamics.

β€’ Attend channel partner offices, meetings, and events to maintain brand visibility and awareness.

β€’ Relay field intelligence back to internal teams to inform strategy and enhance partner performance.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 5 years of experience in managing channel or distribution partners, with a proven ability to cultivate relationships and drive revenue growth.

β€’ More than 3 years of direct sales experience, ideally in a high-activity environment (inside or outside sales).

β€’ Background in organizations that have recently launched their products, with a readiness to modify strategy in real-time as needed.

β€’ Comprehensive understanding of channel and channel sales models, particularly in selling innovative solutions that combine software as a service with hardware.

β€’ Demonstrated success in training, empowering, and motivating sales teams.

β€’ Proactive leadership from the front regionally with partnership teams to stimulate sales growth and enhance brand adoption.

β€’ Exceptional communication skills and relationship-building abilities, complemented by a hands-on, field-oriented approach.

β€’ Willingness to undertake frequent regional travel (50–60%) and maintain regular in-person interactions to drive sales success.
