This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for the on-site activation of selling processes, programs, and critical initiatives for all PDSN segments.
• Responsible for the communication, execution, and performance monitoring of essential segment initiatives.
• Engages extensively with all functions and levels within the organization.
• Provides coaching to sales professionals as needed to ensure the desired selling process behaviors are achieved.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; alternatively, three to five years of relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience that is equivalent.
• Direct Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Capable of writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Able to effectively present information and address inquiries from groups of employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
• Able to apply concepts like fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to real-world situations.
• Proficient in problem identification, data collection, fact establishment, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Capable of interpreting a wide range of technical instructions in both mathematical and diagrammatic forms and handling several abstract and concrete variables.
• Skilled in solving practical problems and managing a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
• Able to interpret diverse instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule format.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and Proprietary Sales Systems.
