This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
β’ Contribute to the creation of a thorough business strategy aimed at maximizing additional revenue and enhancing profitability.
β’ Lead demand generation initiatives, provide account support, and foster business development.
β’ Execute business strategies and oversee the daily sales activities of the team.
β’ Offer ongoing account consultation and coaching to sales representatives.
β’ Act as a national sales leader, delivering expertise, talent, and support to accounts.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in a Scientific Field; an MBA is also preferred.
β’ At least 3 years of prior sales management experience or equivalent demonstrated leadership experience in place of direct managerial experience.
β’ A minimum of 6 years of sales or commercial experience in the Life Science market is required.
β’ Experience in selling through channels.
β’ Familiarity with lead generation and demand creation techniques, as well as funding/customer database mining.
β’ Proven track record of achieving and surpassing overall sales targets and set goals.
β’ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
β’ Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, SalesForce.com, and PowerBI.
β’ Must hold and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license and comply with BD's auto safety standards.
