This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.
• Leads and nurtures relationships with Strategic and National Builders.
• Takes ownership of and manages all Request for Proposals (RFPs) from Builders.
• Expand the builder business and enhance/maintain market share profitably by delivering customer value and establishing competitive advantages.
• Communicate new Builder product launches and conduct line reviews.
• Oversee pricing, marketing initiatives, promotions, and programs.
• Achieve regional Builder objectives in sales volume, product mix, new offerings, and pricing strategies.
• Influence decision-makers in buying/selling processes and positively impact the behavior of others.
• Build strong relationships with key distributors, contractors, and AHF personnel.
• Communicate and effectively monitor all new business development opportunities and initiatives through CRM systems.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure compliance with AHF specifications.
• Manage and minimize claims expenses.
• Develop, implement, and oversee Regional Builder Rebate programs in conjunction with Distribution.
• Execute model home programs and co-op fund strategies to attract customers while optimizing ACP economic opportunities.
• Support pricing strategies and other profit enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to formulate sales strategies for strategic accounts.
• Identify target accounts and opportunities aligned with the organization’s overarching strategy.
• Analyze competitive activities and propose appropriate responses or actions as necessary.
• Maintain a strong connection with Marketing to explore new products and business opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the building products industry.
• Experience in strategic builder selling/specification.
• Strong presentation and group facilitation skills are essential.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with personnel at all levels.
• High attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel for business up to 50%, including overnight trips.
