This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Oversee the complete lifecycle management of plans, conduct regular quality assurance on data files, manage eligibility tracking, and address intricate employee benefit inquiries.
β’ Supervise vendor Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements while managing routine benefits billing, establishing purchase orders, reviewing invoices, and processing vendor payments.
β’ Monitor regional regulatory requirements to ensure compliance for all benefit and paid time off programs, while maintaining documentation that is ready for audits.
β’ Create clear benefit communications, collaborate with the Benefits Center of Excellence and local Human Resources teams, and aggregate utilization data to update executive dashboards.
β’ 3β5+ years of experience in progressive benefits administration within the LATAM region.
β’ In-depth knowledge of aggregating and analyzing complex data sets, census files, and plan documents, with practical experience in Workday and ServiceNow being highly preferred.
β’ Strong problem-solving abilities and influencing skills in a matrixed global setting.
β’ Organizational flexibility to handle competing priorities with a focus on continuous improvement and process automation.
β’ Professional proficiency in both verbal and written English, with Spanish language skills.
β’ Proficiency in Portuguese is highly advantageous.
