This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Engage in all facets of the College’s off-campus recruitment initiatives.
• Oversee a comprehensive travel itinerary for a designated geographic area.
• Arrange and participate in visits to high schools and career & technical education centers, along with classroom presentations, college fairs, transfer fairs, and additional recruitment-related events.
• Formulate data-informed strategies for recruitment within the assigned region.
• Assess the effectiveness of various methods employed and provide suggestions for modifications when necessary.
• Organize specialized programming for the designated territory.
• Investigate and propose new initiatives to foster relationships with secondary school counselors, community organizations, and other influential individuals in the college selection process.
• Create and present engaging presentations to groups of prospective students and their supporters off campus.
• Track, comprehend, and analyze data and reports to monitor progress towards achieving enrollment objectives.
• Develop, oversee, and present a budget for recruitment activities to the Director.
• Offer comprehensive support and follow-up to prospective students and their supporters through various communication channels.
• Design and implement effective strategies to manage and navigate inquiries and applicants through the admissions process.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Valid in-state Driver's License
• Prior experience in college admissions is preferred, or relevant professional experience in marketing/sales, customer service, human services, or education
• Experience with travel and recruitment in the assigned regional area.
• Familiarity with remote work.
• Strong organizational skills

• Maintain awareness of trends in higher education
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
