This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of a specified territory and act as the main growth contact for those accounts.
• Implement a structured quarterly outreach strategy (email + call) across designated accounts, concentrating on revenue opportunities, enhancing feature adoption, and ensuring business stability.
• Foster relationships while engaging in revenue-generating discussions—knowing when to nurture and when to close deals.
• Propel growth within your portfolio through systematic and repeatable outreach efforts.
• Mitigate silent churn in your territory by proactively detecting at-risk indicators through quarterly engagement and gaps in feature adoption.
• Leverage trigger-based insights (feature gaps, processing volume, member growth, etc.).
• Preferred Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience in customer-facing positions).
• Background in the fitness industry or experience as a gym member/athlete.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or inside sales roles is preferred.
• Experience managing a high-volume customer portfolio is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SaaS customer success concepts (retention, expansion, health scores) is beneficial but not mandatory.
