This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

• Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech sector, including a minimum of 3 years in field-based roles such as account management, sales, and/or field reimbursement.
• Strong preference for experience in specialty, genetics, or rare disease markets.
• Proven track record of successful product launches, particularly with first-in-class therapies in competitive environments.
• Experience navigating the complex journeys of rare disease patients, including diagnosis, referral pathways, and access challenges.
• Familiarity with working in ambiguous situations that require cross-specialty coordination for patient identification.
• Preferred experience managing a large multi-state territory.
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 70% overnight) and possess a valid driver’s license.
