This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with dealers and end-users in the Idaho area.
• Meet sales and performance targets established by the Division Sales Director.
• Provide reports on significant regional activities and deliver sales forecasts.
• Oversee the development of the dealer sales force and maintain a list of dealer prospects.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with dealers and manage customer databases.
• Execute building surveys and product demonstrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the sanitary supply industry or a comparable sector.
• Proven experience and achievements in dealer channel management and end-user sales/account management.
• Strong work ethic combined with initiative in problem-solving.
• Excellent selling skills and end-user account management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Salesforce.
• Effective time and territory management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in gap analysis.
• Willingness to travel overnight as necessary.
• Ability to conduct product seminars and presentations.
