Refining and Petrochemical Process Optimization Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze process data, develop AI-driven optimization models, and work closely with plant staff.

• Establish yourself as a reliable technical partner to assist clients in understanding, adopting, and reaping the benefits of Imubit’s technology.

• Utilize your Chemical Engineering expertise to continually enhance live manufacturing processes.

• Interact directly with plant engineers, operations, and controls teams to gain insights into site-specific constraints, opportunities, and economic factors.

• Use your in-depth knowledge of the customer's process to position yourself as a credible and trusted advisor to both plant operators and management.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-10 years of engineering experience in the industry (refining, petrochemical, NGL/ethanol, etc.).

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

• A solid background in chemical or process engineering.

• Willingness to travel to client sites 15%-30% of the time.
