This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Identify and engage passive candidates: seek out individuals who are not actively job hunting, craft personalized outreach messages, and convert them into applicants.
β’ Oversee inbound applications from platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and our ATS (Ashby), ensuring that every candidate progresses or is notified within 48 hours.
β’ Conduct initial screening interviews (via phone or video) utilizing NORY's structured interview framework.
β’ Monitor weekly recruitment metrics: track applicants by source, time-to-screen, screen-to-offer ratios, and pass-through rates at each stage.
β’ Facilitate coordination between candidates and hiring managers for scheduling interviews.
β’ Maintain a pool of strong candidates for future job openings, ensuring a "warm bench" is always available.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, whether in-house or at an agency, with proven success in sourcing passive candidates rather than merely processing incoming applications.
β’ Ability to compose outreach messages that elicit responses, with real examples to demonstrate your effectiveness.
β’ Familiarity with at least one contemporary ATS (such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever) and proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
β’ Highly organized, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks; you rely on systems rather than memory.
β’ Transparent about candidate quality; you prefer to communicate "no suitable candidates this week" rather than submitting a less qualified candidate.
β’ 10 to 20 hours of work per week, fully remote.
β’ A flexible schedule that includes two mandatory weekly meetings: a planning sync on Monday and a metrics review on Friday.
