Recruiting Specialist, AI Fellowship Programs – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess and review candidates utilizing a standardized rubric

• Conduct structured interviews lasting 30 minutes, concentrating on six key competencies

• Take ownership of and manage candidate pipelines within Greenhouse

• Engage in calibration meetings to enhance the screening process

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in conducting high-volume structured interviews

• Capability to assess potential as well as experience

• Knowledge of university recruitment or cohort selection processes

• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (preferably Greenhouse)

• Comfortable collaborating with AI tools
