This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Concentrate on locating, engaging, and developing exceptional talent in the digital marketing space.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to translate organizational needs into targeted sourcing strategies.
• Discover both active and passive candidates in fiercely competitive markets.
• Create talent pipelines that support long-term growth.
• 4–5 years of experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting within Media, Digital Marketing, or Ad Tech (Agency experience is preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates in competitive talent landscapes.
• Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and advanced sourcing methods.
• Background in sourcing for positions such as Paid media, earned media, analytics, and technology.
• Knowledge of agency and/or platform ecosystems (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon, DSPs, analytics tools).
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to create personalized outreach that resonates.
• A proactive, resourceful attitude with a commitment to discovering high-quality, elusive talent.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once.
• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Lever is preferred.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
