This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +32 more states.
• Act as the strategic owner and administrator of Ashby ATS, overseeing workflows, reporting, automations, integrations, and process governance.
• Create and sustain executive recruiting dashboards, funnel analytics, capacity planning models, and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to develop scalable recruiting processes that support rapid organizational growth.
• Evaluate funnel conversion rates, sourcing effectiveness, recruiter productivity, pipeline health, and hiring bottlenecks to pinpoint and execute operational enhancements.
• Establish and maintain recruiting service level agreements (SLAs), process documentation, reporting standards, and operational best practices.
• Discover opportunities to enhance recruiter efficiency, interview process effectiveness, and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Ensure data integrity for recruiting, accuracy in source attribution, and consistency across all recruiting workflows.
• Assist in workforce planning and recruiting capacity forecasting.
• Enhance operational efficiency throughout candidate experience, interview workflows, scheduling processes, and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, People Operations, Finance, and business leaders on hiring operations initiatives and process enhancements.
• Over 5 years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, Recruiting Analytics, or Recruiting Program Management.
• Experience in supporting high-growth or rapidly scaling recruiting organizations.
• Strong ATS administration experience is essential; experience with Ashby is highly preferred.
• Advanced skills in recruiting analytics, funnel reporting, dashboard development, and operational metrics.
• High proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and using recruiting analytics tools.
• Experience in presenting recruiting analytics, operational insights, and process recommendations to leadership stakeholders.
• Strong capabilities in process optimization and workflow design.
• Proven track record of identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing scalable process improvements.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert recruiting data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience in supporting sourcing-heavy and high-volume recruiting environments is preferred.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
