This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and attract candidates while developing talent pipelines for current vacancies and future hiring requirements utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and various other recruitment platforms.
• Connect with candidates through LinkedIn InMail, emails, phone calls, and text communications, fostering strong relationships with both active and passive talent.
• Oversee candidate progress throughout the interview process within Greenhouse, which includes coordinating interviews, scheduling, and providing status updates.
• Provide a high-touch, premium candidate experience through professional communication, promptness, and regular follow-ups during the hiring journey.
• Execute thorough reference checks and ensure the maintenance of accurate candidate records.
• Handle onboarding processes via Greenhouse Onboarding and Gusto, our HR platform, guaranteeing that onboarding tasks, new hire documents, and checklists are completed correctly and on schedule.
• Assist new hires during the onboarding phase and coordinate logistics across departments to ensure a smooth transition.
• Manage high-volume recruitment efforts while juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance recruiting and onboarding operations.
• A bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a high-volume setting.
• Experience supporting recruitment initiatives in the mortgage, financial services, or similar industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is essential, preferably.
• Strong organizational abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently, take the initiative, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a candidate-first approach.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
