This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Design, configure, and manage intricate, high-impact workflow and compliance automations that enhance Cisco’s dynamic talent ecosystem.
• Play a vital role in ensuring that new platform capabilities are transformed into practical, scalable solutions that optimize the daily operations of recruiters and partners.
• Maintain a close connection to business priorities, leveraging a solid understanding of operations, workflow design, and system functionalities to develop automations that enhance efficiency while upholding governance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with process owners and cross-functional stakeholders to influence orchestration strategy, prioritize high-value opportunities, and guarantee that solutions are both effective and sustainable.
• Over 5 years of experience in workflow orchestration, business process automation, systems operations, product operations, or a related field.
• More than 2 years of experience working with AI-enabled, automation-driven, or emerging technology solutions within an enterprise context.
• Proven experience in designing, configuring, and managing complex workflows or automations that support essential business processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable operational or technical solutions across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience in governance, compliance, or policy-driven environments where process accuracy and control are paramount.
