Recruiter Intern, Bilingual Mandarin

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Support the recruitment team in overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.

• Advertise job vacancies on job boards, career sites, and social media channels.

• Assist in evaluating resumes, screening applications, and conducting initial phone interviews.

• Help organize and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Aid in the creation and upkeep of recruitment materials, such as job descriptions and interview guides.

• Provide support for background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment processes.

• Assist in planning and participating in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other sourcing initiatives.

• Deliver administrative support to the HR team as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Strong enthusiasm for recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.

• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

• Previous internship or work experience in HR/recruiting is preferred but not mandatory.
