This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assists applicants by assessing eligibility and hiring criteria; organizing new hire orientations; and fulfilling requests.
• Addresses inquiries by clarifying the desired information; researching, locating, and providing necessary information.
• Guides applicants by detailing orientation processes; offering information; and scheduling/confirming appointments.
• Meets requests by clarifying specific organizational or branch objectives.
• Identifies opportunities to promote job openings; offers brief descriptions of current positions to applicants as requested.
• Maintains the call center database by recording all relevant information.
• Expands job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities.
• Enhances the organization's reputation by taking ownership of new and diverse requests; seeking ways to add value to job performance.
• Other office tasks may be assigned as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to manage sensitive or challenging issues with confidence and composure, without being overly affected by intense emotions.
• Proficient data entry skills.
• Must display persistence and commitment to completing all assigned tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with other standard office equipment.
• Good foundational math skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to foster a positive team environment.
• Must exhibit a strong customer service orientation.
• Must be detail-oriented and focused on results.
• Excellent communication (listening, speaking, writing) and diplomacy skills.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a call center or related position.
• Experience in a call center or staffing environment is a plus.
