This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract candidates utilizing company resources such as ATS databases, social media platforms, and job boards (LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed) with an emphasis on establishing robust pipelines.

• Create and revise job descriptions and job specifications.

• Conduct job and task analysis to outline job requirements and objectives.

• Prepare recruitment materials and advertise job openings on suitable job boards, in newspapers, and at colleges.

• Review candidates' resumes and job applications.

• Carry out interviews employing various reliable recruiting and selection techniques to evaluate candidates within the designated timeframe.

• Evaluate applicants’ pertinent knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

• Deliver analytical and well-documented recruitment reports to the Head of Talent.

• Serve as a liaison and cultivate influential relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.

• Enhance the company’s image as the “best place to work.”


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Recruiter, whether in-house or with a staffing agency.

• Required experience in recruiting Commercial Real Estate Property Managers.

• Strong capability to conduct various interview types (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).

• Practical experience with different selection processes (phone interviews, reference checks, etc.).

• Competence in organizing skills assessment centers (in-tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.).

• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).

• Practical experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong decision-making abilities.
