This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Complete end-to-end recruiting for 8β12 positions annually in areas such as paid media, video editing, account management, sales, and operations.
β’ Conduct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, Indeed, and specialized agency communities.
β’ Perform initial screening calls and prepare written assessments for candidates.
β’ Coordinate interview loops, conduct reference checks, and manage offer logistics.
β’ Develop and sustain a pool of pre-qualified candidates.
β’ Monitor and report on metrics including time-to-fill, ROI of sourcing channels, offer acceptance rate, and 90-day retention rates.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, preferably in a marketing agency, SaaS company, or a remote-first organization.
β’ Proven ability to fill positions in less than 30 days.
β’ Exceptional written communication skills suited for an asynchronous culture.
β’ Ability to manage both high-volume sourcing and high-judgment screening effectively.
β’ Must be located in the U.S. and available during core hours of 9amβ5pm CT.
