This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Collect payments on assigned overdue accounts.
• Review the documentation related to accounts.
• Reach out to customers/clients through phone calls and written communication.
• Organize repayment plans.
• Reduce losses for the organization.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two to three years of experience in collections and/or customer service roles.
• A solid understanding of loan collection policies and procedures, fair debt collection practices, and relevant laws.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Capability to identify and resolve discrepancies and to organize and interpret information effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Compliance with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as workplace conduct and safety standards.
• Candidates must be able to meet applicable employment eligibility verification and background check criteria.
