Reconciliation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Conduct detailed reconciliations of clinical trial receivables to guarantee that final billing to pharmaceutical firms is both precise and prompt.

• Align Sarah Cannon financial study information from various sources through reconciliation.

• Analyze and interpret contracts and budgets effectively.

• Collaborate with operations and other departments to address discrepancies.

• Address inquiries for information from Corporate, Internal Audit, Operations, and Management.

• Analyze contracted revenue triggers to assess eligibility for reimbursement.

• Ensure all processing and reporting deadlines are consistently met.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance within a medical, clinical trial research, or healthcare-related setting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft products, including advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with financial accounting systems like Quickbooks.

• Understanding of research methodologies to analyze and assess financial data and information.
