This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Manage all requests for hardware reclamation labels utilizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and direct emails.
• Handle assigned service requests via the CRM for status updates, fulfillment inquiries, and tracking details.
• Provide daily files for reclamation and cancellations to the vendor; maintain and update master files.
• Collaborate directly with schools and educators to reclaim computers.
• Respond to live inbound calls generated from the auto dialer batch.
• Conduct live outbound calls to retrieve hardware.
• Address vendor-canceled recoveries.
• Oversee the reclamation email inbox for all types of requests and escalations from schools, educators, and families.
• High School diploma AND one (1) year of experience in operations, administration, or other relevant fields OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in effective communication with customers through various channels.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and web applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on solutions.
• Capacity to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing priorities to achieve results.
