This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Handle incoming guest calls from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm, typically managing 5 to 10 calls per hour.
• Make return calls for messages left after hours each morning.
• Engage in brief discussions regarding travel dates, occasions, and the number of guests.
• Transfer callers directly to available booking specialists.
• Schedule callers with a specialist for the same day or the following day.
• Maintain a monthly missed-call rate of less than 12%.
• Direct guests to the appropriate booking specialist without engaging in cold calling or sales pitches.
• Possess a warm, friendly, and composed phone demeanor.
• Embrace a service-first mentality.
• Demonstrate reliable and consistent availability.
• Maintain composure and make accurate routing decisions during busy times.
• Be comfortable using a computer-based phone system, CRM, and calendar tools.
• Have a quiet home workspace with dependable high-speed internet.
• Commit to a Monday to Friday schedule from 9am to 5pm.
• Experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, front desk, call center, or scheduling is advantageous.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States or appropriately address the employer's sponsorship inquiry.
• Submission of a resume and a voice recording is required with the application.
• $500 monthly performance bonus when the missed-call rate remains below 12%.
• An additional $500 team bonus in months when the company achieves its monthly target.
• Total earning potential of approximately $54,000 per year, including bonuses.
• Eligibility for overtime.
• Full-time W-2 employment status.
• Opportunity for fully remote work from anywhere in the U.S. (some state restrictions may apply).
• One-on-one training provided during the initial 1 to 2 weeks.
• Weekends off.
