This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer service for Claro Perú

• Offer information and address questions, inquiries, and complaints from PostPago service customers

• Present enhanced benefits to clients

• Work part-time from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with shifts from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM

• Available to work Monday through Sunday with rotating days off

• Complete 12 days of paid remote training

• Completed secondary education (mandatory)

• Must have telecommuting tools: wired internet, PC, and headset

• Open to candidates with or without experience

• Clear communication skills

• Experience or knowledge in Call Center and customer service/support
