This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Supervise rebate filing operations across OpCos to guarantee accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Manage rebate structures (“phantoms”) within ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Finance and Pricing teams to verify filings and assist with month-end close.
• Investigate and address reconciliation variances and data discrepancies.
• Work with OpCos and stakeholders to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Monitor open issues, escalate risks, and ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain and improve rebate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across OpCos.
• Promote the adoption of standardized processes and controls.
• Create training materials and job aids to ensure consistency.
• Oversee rebate tracking and reporting throughout the organization.
• Analyze trends, identify risks, and offer actionable insights.
• Provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist in vendor-led rebate and system implementations.
• Coordinate ERP setup, testing, and readiness for go-live.
• Partner with IT and business teams to guarantee a smooth rollout and adoption.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in rebate processing, pricing operations, accounts receivable, or a related area.
• Experience in supporting month-end close and reconciliation processes.
• Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables and lookups).
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing others without direct authority.
• Clear communication skills—capable of sharing updates, risks, and recommendations with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
